Privacy Policy
How information is collected and handled when you visit Northbridge or make an enquiry.
Who is responsible for your information?
Northbridge Crisis & Reputation Management is operated by Evergreen Digital Ventures Ltd (company number 17275367). Business/contact address: 167–169 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5PF, United Kingdom. Levi Reid is Northbridge’s founder. This notice covers website visits and initial enquiries; any additional processing needed for an agreed engagement should be explained when that work is arranged.
You can contact Northbridge at Trust@northbridgerm.com or on +44 7453 043509. Please identify your message as a privacy question, rights request or data protection complaint, as appropriate.
Privacy requests can be sent to Trust@northbridgerm.com. Incoming enquiries are handled by Northbridge’s emergency contact team.
Information you provide
The enquiry form asks for your name or representative name, email address and a short description of the issue. You can also provide a phone or WhatsApp number, preferred contact method, urgency and country or jurisdiction. The form does not offer file uploads. It is not a newsletter signup.
If you contact Northbridge by email, telephone or WhatsApp, the information you choose to share and subsequent correspondence may form part of your enquiry. Please share only what is needed to establish contact and outline the situation.
Why enquiry information is used
For ordinary personal information, assessing and responding to an enquiry is based on taking steps at your request before entering a contract where that applies, or our legitimate interest in responding to a relevant request for assistance. The enquiry form is not a request for consent to marketing.
The intended purposes are to assess your enquiry, contact you about it and determine whether Northbridge can assist. Information needed for an agreed service may be covered by further terms and privacy information.
Sensitive information and information about other people
Please avoid health records, identity documents, detailed criminal allegations and other highly sensitive personal, legal or medical information in your initial message. Where possible, describe the issue without naming other people. Only provide information you are entitled to share.
Where enquiries go and who receives information
The website uses Contact Form 7 on WordPress to send form enquiries to Trust@northbridgerm.com. The configured email includes the submitted fields and uses your email as the reply address. Contact Form 7 does not itself provide an enquiry archive in the configuration inspected.
Hostinger provides the website’s hosting/delivery infrastructure. The domain’s incoming email is routed to Hostinger mail servers. Website administrators can manage the site and its configuration.
Website visits, external images and other contact routes
The site loads background images from images.unsplash.com. The published blog post also loads a commenter avatar from secure.gravatar.com. Loading those images involves a request from your browser to the image provider, which receives connection information such as your IP address and browser/request details. WhatsApp buttons are external links, not embedded chat tools; following one takes you to WhatsApp’s service and its own privacy information applies.
WordPress and the hosting infrastructure handle technical requests needed to deliver the website. Read the Cookie Policy for the storage technologies identified during the audit.
Public comments
A public comment form is currently available on the “Hello world” blog post. It asks for a comment, name and email address, with an optional website address. The form says the email address will not be published. A published comment and display name are public; do not use comments for a confidential enquiry. The optional “save my details” checkbox is described in the Cookie Policy.
How long information is kept
Initial enquiries that do not become client work are deleted within 24 hours after receipt, including emails and forwarded copies. Client information is typically deleted within 48 hours after the last contact with the client. Further contact restarts that 48-hour period.
These periods describe the handling of enquiry and client information. They do not establish an automatic deletion period for website logs, public comments or backup copies. Contact us if you need information about a particular record or copy.
The WordPress backups inspected are stored on the hosting account. The audit backups are marked for manual deletion rather than automatic expiry. A deletion request therefore needs to be considered alongside any retained backup copies, not just the live website.
International handling and security
The enquiry page uses HTTPS. Internet communications cannot be guaranteed completely secure. Sending a website enquiry does not itself create legal professional privilege.
Your rights and complaints
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access or correct your information, request deletion or restricted use, object to processing, or ask for a portable copy. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful use. These rights have conditions and exceptions.
Contact Northbridge using the details above to make a request or complain about how information is handled. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Updates
This notice will be reviewed when the website or its information-handling arrangements change. Last updated: 28 September 2026.
